Definitely a good place to go, not too busy - food is fresh.
The little yogurt drinks they give you scare me...won't touch that. -

Picked this place as it's in between my place and the friend I was meeting.
This wasn't my favourite sushi experience in Calgary. The yam tempera was good with a great service size. Also enjoyed the the salmon sashimi.
However, the edamame was fairly mushy and the rolls we ordered did not have as much flavour as I would have expected. The caterpillar roll was okay, the Tropical tuna roll wasn't great. The tuna had no flavour and there seemed to be an excessive amount of rice for the roll. The spicy tuna roll has more of a chilli paste on it; a different topping than I'm used to and it was very spicy.
The service was great - very friendly and quick. It's a nice restaurant. Lots of parking, you do have to validate your license plate (you don't have to pay your get 3 hours free). -

If you're looking for good service and quality food, this isn't the place. Had the "all day sushi bento box". The server was so disinterested, impolite. Took a long time to order, the sushi was paper thin. I waited 30 min for my meal. Server never came back as I wanted to order a beer. The restroom was filthy. I was left with a dirty napkin as a place setting. Whole thing was a real turn off. Won't be back. Our city is filled with sushi restaurants who actually want your business.

Luckily I registered for parking. Otherwise it's a ticket. They are saving a ton on heating costs. I had to wear my coat the whole time. The table was so gross that the plate was stuck to the table. There is better sushi at the grocery store. Dried out, bland fish. It's fast and cheap. Not good. I won't be back. Then they wanted to take my tray away when I was only half done. There are much better choices so I won't be back.
